Generic Medical Exam Title Goes Here

Location: Sickbay

Lieutenant Zekori Dosan entered Main Sickbay. He knew he was due for a full medical examination upon his arrival and meeting with the command staff. He wanted to make sure that it was out of the way.

He stood by waiting for assistance from the medical staff.

One of the triage nurses looked up from the main desk and nodded towards the Lieutenant. "What can I do for you sir?" She asked.

"I am the new Chief Operations Officer Lieutenant Zekori Dosan. I am here for my medical exam."

"Grab a seat on bio bed 3 and someone will be over in a minute." She said with a smile pointing to an empty bed along the wall.

"Thanks," Zekori made his way over to bio-bed 3 and sat down on it awaiting someone to start the examination.

Calista came out her office and handed off a PADD to the triage nurse, she took the offered chart for her next patient. "Lieutenant Dosan, thanks for coming in, here for your medical. Anything else bothering you lately?"

"Lieutenant Zekori," the Bajoran Chief Operations Officer corrected the Chief Medical Officer. "Nothing has been bothering me, Doctor."

She looked over the PADD and smiled. "You'd think with all the computer technology they'd be able to display names on them correctly." She said with a small nod. "Lieutenant Zekori my apologies, let's try to get you out of here as soon as possible." She said, "Why don't you lay down and I'll begin the scans."

He adjusted himself on the bio-bed as per the doctor's instructions. He placed both hands folded together on his stomach waiting for her to begin the process.

She quickly began the full battery of scans as the various instruments began spewing out data. "Any long term conditions or health concerns I should be aware of?" She asked as she reviewed his readings.

"I might have been exposed to toxins while being involved with the soil reclamation project but none of the symptoms have appeared since my last physical," Zekori replied.

She nodded, "It's likely anything you would have been exposed to would have shown up by now, at least in your blood work even if symptoms aren't present, but I'll run a more in depth tox panel on your blood work just to be certain." She said as she prepared a hydo, "I'm taking a blood sample to run, but otherwise your readings look good." She said pressing the device to his arm and collecting a sample.

"Great to hear," Dosan replied.

"Alright, I'll run the blood work and the results will be about an hour, unless you're particularly eggar for the results you're free to go." She said, "and unless anything comes up in the blood work you won't hear from me."

Zekori Dosan sat up on the bio-bed, "Thank you, Doctor." He stepped down from the bio-bed.

She gave him a final smile and nod as she wrote the orders for the blood test and sent it to the lab.
