A Unique Experience

Timeline: MD 14 ll 1300 Hours

S'er'in'e had brought Kasia to the Markets he mentioned and during the very brief flight he explained a few of the things that were available, should she wish for anything then she could direct the fees to the family household to be paid. He had no doubt what so ever that she was utterly safe even should the two of them become separated. All males would help if needed, any female would too unless they were busy but it would be expected that some attention be focused her way. Afterall, it was not often the Humans were permitted to visit the Caste province.

When the craft landed and the door opened it revealed a busy scene with Caitian's of all different heights, fur colours and attire all walking round with feline grace and stride as they went about their purchases. "What would you like to see first?" He asked, during the flight he'd reviews a generalised map which outlined where they could get things they should need or want.

"I... I don't know," Kasia replied, trying not to feel totally overwhelmed by everything. This was unlike anything she'd ever experienced in all her life. "What do you suggest?"

"How about..." S'er'in'e had a think. "The fabrics. I am sure you would look elegant in something made of Caitian silk." That said he placed his hand in hers and lead the way. It was expected that Kasia would get some attention but it was particularly pleasing to see smiles and even stepping aside to make room for her to walk.

When they arrived there were row upon rows of fabric of all different colors and design. "Favorite color?" He asked.

Those moving aside to make room for her didn't go unnoticed, but she didn't say anything. Kasia just continued to walk with her hand in his. "Green. What is yours?" the Russian woman asked.

"A decorative combination of greens and golds." S'er'in'e replied with a smile. They walked to a shop that had walls lined with rolls of fabric from one end to the other, well over 40 rolls per wall. "Please, look around and pick if you wish what you like."

"I think I want to go with something green and gold, then," the Marine Major said, moving over to a wall of fabrics. She ran her hand over a couple that struck her, trying to feel for the softest material, then smiled. The last one she felt was incredibly soft and absolutely gorgeous. "This is the one."

S'er'in'e having seen the one she wanted had several meters of it cut for her. Now that he had the material all he needed now was the venue. "Come with me. I have a treat for you." He grinned, the tips of his fangs appearing, he hoped Kasia would enjoy what he had to show her.

"Should I be worried?" she asked with a grin as she followed behind him.

"No." S'er'in'e smiled. He lead her to a shop, a well decorated shop with many outfits on display of all intricate colours and designs. A female stood with a pleasant smile on her face as she observed the two approaching and with fabric under one of his arms. A greeting from S'er'in'e and a brief conversation in Caitian, surrendering the fabric he turned to Kasia.

"Perhaps you would like a new outfit to take back with you to the ship. They will need to measure you however males are not permitted inside." S'er'in'e spoke. "You will be safe with them." Indicating there was more than one.

Kasia reached out to take his large hand into her own. "Do you promise not to go very far?" she asked.

"I will be waiting over there." S'er'in'e indicated a chair flanked by rows of bloomed flowers of different colours. He leant forward and brushed his cheek to hers before the waiting female escorted Kasia inside. "Follow the instructions they give, you will find it truly unique."

Inside was even more decorated than outside, clothing of all kinds of designs and colours hung from hangers on display. The female that was outside with them was the only one to speak after her translator automatically changed settings. "Before we can make the outfit you choose, we must first measure you."

In the centre of the room was a raised circular dias in yellow, around it was a circle of steps at different intervals and heights. "Please, disrobe your outer layers and stand in the yellow circle, feet shoulder apart and be calm."

Kasia was good at following directions, so this shouldn't be so hard. And, she knew they were going to ask her to undress, which she did without question. With her dress removed, and now standing in a black strapless bra with matching underwear, she moved to the circle. Once her feet were shoulder width apart, she took a deep calming breath and waited.

A small amount of talk ensued between the three female Caitians present. Each held a sort of padd but what was clear to see was the claws of each and used to make notes. The next part came in utter silence, a sort of dance around her as the trio of Caitians walked the various steps only unlike typical measuring techniques and demonstrating the sheer skill they had, they used tails.

As they walked around her a tail coiled about Kasia, another a thigh, then an arm, inside and outside leg, over and under bust, waist and hip. Even her neck was measured when one stood on the high step behind her. The whole act very fluid in motion but pleasant in comfort. Next came the design. "Which design do you wish, Caitian or a design of Human origin?" One female asked while the other two walked to the sides and began picking up strips of fabrics.

The Marine Major was clearly impressed by their techniques. It was clear to her that the three of them had been doing this for quite some time. "Both, if it's possible. Something strapless for my human style, please."

The strips of fabric had a sort of sticky substance to each end though would leave nothing on Kasia once removed, clearly something specifically for her as other strips could be seen with pins and clips. These strips were attached to her in various places depending on the design Kasia wanted, a sort of skeleton of the dress for the fabric to be sewn onto. It took nearly an hour from the moment she walked in till the females were done. "You may dress now. With the material you have supplied us we have enough to create both outfits, you will have both by tomorrow."

The two other females had taken everything to a room masked by hangings while the last remained with her patron.

"Thank you," Kasia said with a smile and a polite nod of her head as she pulled her dress back on once again. She couldn't wait to see the finished garments. "Will I need to pick them up, or will they be delivered to when I'm staying currently?"

"They will be delivered to the residence of stay while on the Homeworld." She replied with a smile, no sooner had she finished speaking, the next client entered. A stunning female with golden fur, gracefully proportioned and smiled at Kasia as she passed.

S'er'in'e however had as he said, waited on the chair flanked by gardens. He knew it might take a while and so he was prepared for it. He hoped she enjoyed her time being exposed to things and ways of the Homeworld. He was eager to find out her impressions however.

"Thank you," the human woman said before she made her way back out to S'er'in'e was waiting. She was wearing a smile a mile wide. "That was an interesting experience, and I would do it again. Thank you for allowing me to do it."

"I am glad you enjoyed it." S'er'in'e spoke standing up pleased that she had a good time in what he knew had to be something truly enjoyable for her. "The other half of the Markets is just behind me if you would like to have a look?" He offered with a smile.

Kasia smiled and slipped her hand around his arm. "I really would. This place is absolutely gorgeous."

"Then let us go." S'er'in'e replied with a smile, his paw on hers on his arm as he lead her to the other end of the markers to which she had yet to see.
